Does the Holden Standard Factory Warranty affect my rights under the New Zealand Law?
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You can also have the components repaired or replaced, if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Does the Holden Standard Factory Warranty include scheduled servicing?
All warranty work performed under a Holden Standard Factory Warranty (including parts and labour) will be carried out free-of-charge. However, this work should not be confused with the servicing specified in the Maintenance Schedule. Found in the Service Booklet, this service is a payable charge.
When does the Holden Standard Factory Warranty period start for demonstrator vehicles?
In the case of a demonstrator vehicle, the warranty period starts from the date the vehicle was first placed into service by the Dealer. Your coverage expires at 3 years or 100,000 km, whichever comes first.
